Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Cost:

    • Shipping costs are free for all Shad Bikes orders over €50.
    • If you order only accessories or spare parts and the total amount does not exceed €50, shipping costs are €6.50.

  2. Delivery Time:

    • Peninsular Shipping: 24/48 business hours*
    • Shipping to the Balearic Islands or European destinations: 48/72 business hours*
    • Delivery times are calculated from the day the product is shipped. Orders placed and paid for before 12 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the following day.

      *Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or vacation periods. If there are any unforeseen events during the shipping process, we will contact you.

  3. Delivery Methods:

    • Home delivery with CorreosExpress.
    • Home delivery with GLS.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once we have your order ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and instructions for viewing all the information you need. You can also check your shipment at any time by clicking click here.

  5. Customer Service:
